HR ADVISORY
Opticon provides HR management consulting services to Adecco's clients. Projects range from standing up new HR capabilities and addressing team effectiveness challenges for a Union, to developing a performance management training course for managers at a technology manufacturing client.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Leveraging a human-centered design approach to develop and implement radical changes to the performance management process. Moving the process from a bi-annual cycle to a continuous process taking various talent and performance identifiers into consideration in managing performance and making talent decisions.
FINANCE TRANSFORMATION
The client’s Finance organization has embarked on a major journey to redefine what services and how their services are being delivered to the business units. Two major initiatives are underway to enable their “finance of the future” vision. Also, provided change management support in redesigning the enterprise financial planning and forecasting process and participated in organization design to reshape Finance’s operating model.
OPERATING MODEL RESTRUCTURE
Standing up an ultra low cost airline. This project involved the facilitation of an organization strategy translation workshop to ensure strategic goals and operational priorities align. Review of the airline operating model and structure to ensure services are delivered in a "best in cost" service delivery model.
