Esmé Stewart

ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENSS & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

 

Esme is a seasoned consultant with more than 25 years of global consulting and operational management experience.  Most of her career has focused on change management, talent and organization effectiveness disciplines. Her foundational experience as an executive in a big-4 consulting firm shaped her interest in ongoing innovation.

 

She has managed various design and implementation teams in standing up new or realigning existing organizational units, as well as supporting the implementation of disruptive technology changes.

She believes in working in a collaborative manner with her clients to achieve sustainable results.  Her passion is PEOPLE and wants to help unleash your organization’s biggest untapped resource or revenue improvement – YOUR PEOPLE!
